Yes — we can help assess and guide you through a warranty claim, even if A.R.C. didn’t install the original roof. We’ll inspect the roof, document any manufacturer defects or installation errors, and help determine if the issue qualifies under the product warranty.

Keep in mind: most warranty claims require proof that the roof was installed per manufacturer specs — and that it’s been properly maintained. If the issue is caused by faulty workmanship or improper install, the manufacturer may deny coverage — but we’ll give you a clear, honest breakdown of your options either way.
